THIS APP IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY KEDOO Limited (“KEDOO,” “We,” and “Us”). Access to and use of this mobile application (the “App”), its related services (the “Services”), and the website associated with SuperToons (the “Site”) are provided by KEDOO on the condition that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using this App, Site, or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Overview of the Service
SuperToons is an application designed for children, but only adults can subscribe and manage accounts. The App is available on Android and Apple devices exclusively, and all registration and payment processing are handled through Google Play, Apple Store and RuStore.
- Users: Children under the age of 13 ("Children") may use the free version of the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian (“Parents”). Only adults are authorized to subscribe to paid versions of the App.
- Free and Paid Services: The App offers a free version and a subscription-based version, which provides access to premium features. Only adults are allowed to make payments and subscribe to the premium service.
2. Parental Supervision and Subscriptions
Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising the use of this App by their children. The subscription and access to premium services can only be initiated by an adult. Parents must use Android or iOS verification tools, such as Google Play, Apple Store and RuStore parental controls, to ensure that purchases and subscriptions are verified.
3. Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, SuperToons may make available promotional offers, including reciprocal promotions with third-party services (“Promotions”). Such Promotions may provide additional benefits (for example, a free trial period, bonus access, or cross-promotion with a partner service).
All Promotions are subject to:
- these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy;
- he specific conditions communicated at the time of the Promotion (such as eligibility, duration, and redemption steps); and
- y applicable third-party service terms and privacy policies, if the Promotion involves another service.
A Promotion does not change or override your existing subscription terms. If a Promotion includes a trial period with automatic renewal, you will be clearly informed of the length of the trial, the applicable price after the trial, and how to cancel before charges begin. Promotions are non-transferable, may be limited to one per user or device, may have territorial restrictions, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
4.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KEDOO Limited and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the App, the Site, or the Services. In no event will KEDOO’s total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App or Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
5. Changes to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Site or App, and the updated terms will become effective upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed about updates.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use, and any disputes arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of England.
